Jerome has worked as a session drummer since 1992. In 1996 he secured a position in the musical instrument industry as artist relations manager working marking and sales  for the Arbiter Group Plc., distributor for Fender Guitars allocated to the percussion division to work with their endorser roster with companies Remo, SABIAN, Vic Firth, Gibraltar, TOCA Percussion. He worked for SABIAN cymbals as an artist relations manager for U.K., and later was allocated for Europe in 2003 working in marketing. Jerome’s responsibilities included working with the music industry media, including radio and TV. He regularly attended NAMM in Anaheim, U.S. and annually at PASIC.

He has more than a decade's worth of experience in marketing, sales and advertising, also working primarily with U.K. drum magazines including Rhythm and Drummer magazines on a daily basis and later with Modern Drummer magazine.

Jerome currently works as a radio presenter for a London based FM station 91.8 Hayes FM with his own music radio show showcasing Live Music.
